BODY SCULPT: Using a BarBell system to PUMP the calorie meter up!!!! High Repetition Cardio Sculpt class, strengthening your body from head to toe using traditional strength exercises. ALL LEVELS
HIIT: Full-body workout. The class is a calorie busting interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance... Class can be done on bike treadmill, elliptical or rowerSPIN-N-SCULPT: Get a total body workout while burning major calories! Half of the class is dedicated to the bike (or other cardio machine) to strengthen your cardiovascular system and lower body and burn calories while the other half of class will tone and strengthen your upper body and abs. All fitness levels welcome.

OUTDOOR CONDITIONING: Classes are at the beautiful Deep Creek State Park. Perfect for ALL levels. Walk, Jog, or run in between a variety of strength, agility, and balance drills. ***State Parks do have an entrance fee if you do not have an annual MD state park pass
X FUSION: Put your body in Xtreme conFUSION in a class fusing different exercise toys in High Intense Intervals (HIIT)to work the entire body. Burn Calories, Increase all over strength, improve balance, core strength, agility and more.
